Welcome to 50 Minute Fitness!
50 Minute Fitness is a group fitness studio in downtown Helena. We opened in September 2013, offering a variety of fitness classes and workshops.
Our regular schedule includes PowerPump (muscle & strength), Hard Assets (focus on core, plus arms and legs using all available equipment), Pilates, TRX (suspension strap training), Qigong, 50-50 Fit (cardio & strength combo), Morning Zen (stretch with elements of yoga, pilates and Qigong), Pilates-Stretch and Target Zen (fast paced core workout with stretch and meditation).
We have an ongoing array of special workshops: Weight Training & Conditioning for Teens, Tai Chi Chuan, Morning Shred (an intense workout for early risers), American Tribal Style Bellydance, Pilates for Paddlers and many more.
Our goal is to provide a broad spectrum of classes, at convenient times, and at reasonable prices.
50 Minute Fitness is located in a beautiful space dedicated to group fitness classes, featuring a new shock absorbing fitness floor, wall to wall mirrors, bathrooms and changing area. You can find us at #2 Last Chance Gulch, Helena, Montana, in the Livestock Building. Enter the Livestock Building from the north side, just across the patio from Aster restaurant.
The Women’s Mural is on the south side of the Livestock Building.
